Aids Awareness

Since the beginning of Valentine for AIDS over $280,000 has been distributed to local HIV/AIDS awareness and advocacy programs. Over 250 artists donate artwork to the event, annually.

Helping Hands

A portion of Sunday Market proceeds are donated back to the community each month. Past recipients include the Idaho Foodbank, Boise Rescue Mission, Women's and Children's Alliance of Boise, Boise Bicycle Project, Idaho Youth Ranch, Interfaith Housing Services, Treasure Valley Institute for Children's Arts (TrICA), Boise Community Radio, Treasure Valley Family YMCA, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southwest Idaho, the Boys & Girls Clubs of Ada County, Ride for Joy, Camp River Run, Merina Healing Arts Foundation and Project Patch.

Go Red Luncheon

Mrs. Idaho Intl 2011 Rachel Landon and Miss Idaho Intl Heather Mallary attended the Go Red for Women luncheon in Boise.

Women's Fitness Celebration

Heather Mallary Miss Idaho International 2011 attended the Women's Fitness celebration where she was able to talk with sponsors and other women about the Look Good Feel Better program.

1st Official Meeting

The 2011 Idaho International Queens had their first official meeting as queens to sign contracts, talk about appearances and even talk about nationals! This is going to be a wonderful year! So excited for the 2011 Idaho International Queens!

Dress A Child

Miss Teen Idaho International Taylor Lybbert, Mrs. Idaho International Brandi Townsend and Miss Ada County Andrea Espinosa was on hand to help children throughout the Treasure Valley pick out clothes thanks to JC Penny's and the Salvation Army.

Canyon County Festival of Trees

Tonight Miss Idaho International 2010 Lacey Vander Boegh, Teen Idaho International 2o1o Taylor Lybbert helped out at the Canyon County Festival of Tree's to benefit the Canyon County Meals of Wheels. Also there to help was Miss Ada County Andrea Espinosa, Miss Canyon County Emily Frink and Mrs. Southwest Idaho Holly Drinkard.

They are also pictured with Nampa Mayor Tom Dale, Nampa City Council Woman Pam White and her husband Steve.

Also Thank-you to Margene's Bridal in Boise for the dress.

Boise Holiday Parade

Mrs. Miss, Teen and Little Miss Idaho International all participated in the Boise Holiday Parade to help kick off the Christmas season. Also joining the Idaho International Queens were some of the 2010 contestants including: Mrs. Western Idaho Lorene Rasmussen, Mrs. Southwest Idaho Holly Drinkard, Teen Ada County Amanda Wester, Teen Caldwell Alyssa Watson, and Teen Canyon County Amanda Wilder.

Idaho International Queen were able to walk around before the parade and have their photos taken with other royalty that was in the parade also.

Go Red Luncheon

Miss Idaho International 2010 Lacey Vander Boegh and Miss Teen Idaho International 2010 Taylor Lybbert were on hand at the 2009 Go Red for Women Luncheon that took place November 18th at the Boise Center on the Grove.

Also on hand were some of the 2010 Mrs. and Miss Idaho International contestants.
